Try this. Start off at Riga and work your way to Bordeaux. Pick up 50 of each type. Depending on your level/storage ability, it may take a while. Once you get 50, stop buying. Your goal is to get 50 of each totally 15 different local specialties. Once you are full (be it 50 total or 750 total) sail to Famagusta and sell it all there. Do not stop go, do not collect 200$ USD. Once you have done this, you sail back to Riga and start over or try creating your own local specialties 15 different type trade route.
