Thanksgiving

I love Thanksgiving when it comes to UWO. I like it also in November but UWO has it every single month. Hurray.
This is a link to get you ready for Thanksgiving each month with UWO. You don't have to 'get ready' each month, just the very first time. It should answer most of your questions before the grand day is upon us.
At the Newfoundland site (one of the ones you can to experience Thanksgiving at) is a good site to increase your collection/handicraft skills. It is also my go-to-place to improve my storage/procure skills too. This is where I personally refined my Handicraft. Reminder: If you are wanting to improve the above skills, change to the proper job before beginning your collecting/procuring. I choose Artisan for Handicraft/collecting and Chef for Storage/Procure.
One of the aspects of Thanksgiving is get trade xp (100+) for every time you have a Great Success of crafting while at the landing site. Only limited by how much you can collect and then craft there. I have been told you can do the crafting also in Boston, but have not confirmed that. You could bring your own but why do that when you can collect it there. Also if you collect/procure while at the site, you get 100+ adventure xp for each 2 of something you collect/procure. You can only do this for 1 hour (at one time or in parts). Remember do not collect/procure before getting to the site elsewhere (as you sail for example) or you will lessen your hour down by how long you did it for.
One last Thanksgiving note. If you battle at the sites, you get 100+ battle xp PLUS adventure/trade (based on what job you are at the time. Unlimited or until you get sick of doing it.
Further note: This is a great time to level up your aides. Bring along aide food to maximize their stat points gathering too. Look at my previous blogs concerning making your own aide food. Seems aide food is being sold for 100K each in Seville. Just make your own.
Reminder: While you are collecting/procuring, put your best aide into Lookout mode. You will find less junk and get more 'good stuff'.
